Quinn Damon
Executive VP, Partner
Quinn launched his career at Lockton almost 15 years ago. During this time, he’s honed his expertise in the construction industry, specializing in insurance and bonding for general contractors and subcontractors across the country. His clients range from emerging firms to those handling $8B+ in volume. Beyond traditional coverage, Quinn also advises on alternative risk strategies, including group and single-parent captives. He is the leader of our tight-knit team and drives the strategic deployment of global resources for Lockton Construction & Design.

Rhian Pritchard
Client Advocate
As Client Advocate, Rhian partners closely with Quinn and the rest of the account team to ensure clients get exactly what they need in order to reach their goals and objectives. Prior to joining Lockton, she sharpened her skills in both Kansas City and Chicago as an Auditor at RSM US LLP, a leading audit, tax and consulting firm specializing in middle-market companies.

Playing a key role in The Damon Group, AJ manages client relationships, drives business development and provides exceptional service to both prospective clients and long-standing partners. He stays actively connected within the construction industry through his involvement in multiple associations, including: The Construction Financial Management Association, ACG of America, ACG of Kansas, ACG of Missouri, Kansas Contractors Association, the Heavies and Associated Builders and Contractors (Heart of America Chapter).

Alex serves as the Executive Coordinator for The Damon Group, ensuring everything (and everyone) is kept on track. She oversees the scheduling, management and execution of all travel, meetings and special events, making sure each detail is in place. In short, she’s the glue that holds the operation together so we can all keep the momentum going.
